Letter from the President | Bank History A Letter from the President Robert D. Heuchan President Dear Mutual Savings Bank Customer: When a new year begins, many people look back to see where they've been. At Mutual, we prefer to focus our efforts on the year ahead, looking for ways in which we can do a better job of serving our customers and the communities in which they live. Recently, we've spent a lot of time fine-tuning strategies for the next year. We've looked at those both in terms of what the bank as a whole can do, and what each of our employees can do. We want to be sure that all of our employees have the knowledge and willingness to serve as resources to our customers - to be able to answer questions and suggest services that would be beneficial. After all, we've long said that what sets Mutual Savings Bank apart from the many other financial institutions in our communities is our focus on people. We know that customers appreciate the way they're treated, and we want to do everything we can to strengthen our reputation as a friendly place to bank.
